Sin duda el diferenciador que tiene el Colegio es su talento humano; su compromiso, entrega y capacidad de reinventarse. Los docentes del Colegio se distinguen por su calidad humana y profesional, pero sobre todo por la mejora continua para tocar y transformar la vida de nuestros niños en el día a día.

El identificar las necesidades reales de cada uno de los alumnos y repensar la agenda diaria poniendo a cada alumno en el centro, en tanto se sabe que lo que le puede funcionar a alguien no precisamente aplica para todos. En este punto sí es muy importante resaltar la vocación que distingue a los verdaderos docentes, ya que, sin importar las formas, los maestros de Wingate School siempre encuentran la manera de conectar con sus alumnos para transmitir no solamente conocimiento e información sino también valores humanos fundamentales y experiencias de vida.

We have been so, so pleased with our son's time at the Wingate School and would whole heartedly recommend the school to anyone that is seeking a comprehensive and inclusive school community for their children.  We are an expat family that moves every 2-3 years due to the nature of our jobs and starting a new school is always anxiety ridden.  The character driven curriculum was our main draw to Wingate; particularly since the school emphasizes the same values that we do at home.  The school community has been amazing; we've really appreciated their warmth to not only our son but to us parents as well.  From the initial communication of interest to any concern or question we may have had, the Wingate administration has always been responsive and welcoming to our thoughts.  Thank you for being such an amazing school!.
